For every unreasonably compulsive entrepreneur who gets to write a book like Felix Dennis, there are 100 who were equally compulsive and ended up broke and labelled to be suffering with mental illness. --- Luckily for me, I grew up in an era where you could find the very best unreasonably compulsive entrepreneurs and just buy stock in their companies when they went public. I am at the very low end of the 8 figure club which is good enough for me. This is mostly because I have compulsive folks like Bezos, Musk, Gates/Ballmer, Jobs, Zuckerberg and Ted Turner to thank for getting me this far.
This is a very good point that ended up on the cutting room floor. You have to be unreasonable to get rich but simply being unreasonable guarantees nothing.
